UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING: 

A $10 flat rate ground shipping fee will be automatically charged for all domestic orders under $50. Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 5-7 business days. 

We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING and USPS ground advantage on orders over $100. Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 5-7 business days.

We ship all online orders via UPS or USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

We have a new and improved international shipping process which makes things easy and more affordable for you! We ship worldwide to most countries. Online orders placed outside of the United States will arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of the order, and shipped via third party. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

READY MADE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your items(s) within 14 days when your order is dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging that you received it.

If you need to make a return, please email us at cicili@cicilicouture.com. We will discuss who is responsible for covering all shipping costs.

 

CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: 
I understand that buying your dream gown online is a big decision. As an FIT-trained designer, I am here to ensure you feel confident and beautiful. While custom gowns are final sale, I offer the following support to ensure your satisfaction:"

1. Our Commitment to Accuracy 

If the gown does not match the specific requirements we agreed upon, or if there is a manufacturing error on our part, I will provide complimentary alterations or repairs to make it right. If you are local to the New York area, you are welcome to visit my studio for a fitting. For non-local brides, we will cover the cost of shipping and the repair.

2. Collaborative Problem Solving

If the gown matches the measurements provided but still needs minor adjustments for your personal preference:

• Professional Guidance: I offer a complimentary video consultation to assess the fit and guide you.

• Tailor Liaison: I can speak directly with your local tailor to explain the construction of the dress, ensuring it is altered correctly.

• Material Support: I can provide matching fabric or lace scraps to assist with any local adjustments.

3. Open Communication 

I am not just a shop; I am your designer. If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please reach out to me within 48 hours. We will discuss the best way to resolve any issues together. You are never alone in this process.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
